Refund and Dispute Policy

At Axton Services, we stand behind the quality of our maintenance and repair work.

• Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with a repair or maintenance task, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial/full refund based on the scope of the work and the specific dispute.

• Disputes: We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly via phone or email before initiating a formal dispute through their payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please adhere to the following for service appointments:

• Notice Period: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., $50 or 20% of the estimate].

• No-Shows: If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property, a service call fee will apply.

Return Policy and Process

• Services: As a general maintenance and repair business, we primarily provide labor. Labor charges are non-returnable once the service has been performed.

• Parts and Materials: If we supply physical parts for a repair (e.g., a new water heater or hardware), the return of those items is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. If a part is defective, we will handle the return/replacement process as part of our service guarantee.

Legal or Export Restrictions

• Service Area: Axton Services currently operates exclusively within the state of California. We do not offer services or ship goods outside of the United States.

• Compliance: All repairs and maintenance are performed in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations in Manhattan Beach and surrounding Southern California municipalities.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions

• Validity: Any promotional offers or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking.

• Exclusions: Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts typically apply to labor costs only and do not cover the cost of replacement parts or third-party materials.

• Expiration: All promotional codes or seasonal offers have a set expiration date, after which the standard service rates will apply.
